I have a hazy mental picture of a website dedicated to fandom, (general term) fandoms (individual fandom conversations) and fanfiction that has a detailed glossary of terms for all of the above and encourages smart, educated and experienced articles and conversations on topics such as treatment of minorities in media, the ever discussed line between rpf and stalker, and the importance (and downsides) to fanfiction and other things that have to do with fandoms.

  6. arineat said: Dude, you could totally do that. It certainly would be a first. Because LJ has fandom communities, but it’s not a fandom site of its own, and there are archives for fic, but not for terms and such. It’d be great to combine all that.
